At Fonosphere, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. This document outlines our shipping options, delivery timelines, costs, and other important details regarding the shipment of your orders.
1. Shipping Options and Costs
1.1 Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-5 working days (UK), 5-7 working days (EU)
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
1.2 Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1-2 working days (UK), 2-4 working days (EU)
Cost: Higher than standard shipping, calculated at checkout.
1.3 Free Shipping
Available for orders over £50 (UK) or €60 (EU).
Delivery Time: Same as Standard Shipping.
1.4 International Shipping
Delivery Time: Varies by destination (typically 7-14 working days).
Cost: Calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on working days will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
4. Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to residential and business addresses within the UK, EU, and select international destinations.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the UK and EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the order may be returned to Fonosphere. In such cases:

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fonosphere.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items to facilitate a replacement or refund.
7.2 Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the courier to locate your package.
If deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
